Due to the diverse weather conditions in the Western Cape if a trip is cancelled due to weather we will book you on another day – if this is not possible then we will refund your money in full.
If you cancel 72hours before we will keep 25% of the fee. 48 hours 50% of the fee and 75% for anything after that.
